• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud or IT service.
• Solid understanding of Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including compliance and security standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with knowledge base management, documentation, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Organized, proactive, and flexible to support a global 24/7 environment.

• Respond to Cloud Inquiries – serve as the primary point of contact for all Cloud-related questions, collaborating with Cloud Operations.
• Coordinate Service Request Communication – manage communication around Cloud service requests, providing updates and tracking progress.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration – enable clear communication across stakeholders.
• Improve Knowledge Base Repository Content – continuously update and refine the AI-driven knowledge repository.
• Enhance Search and Content Discoverability – optimize search functionality.
• Ensure Compliance and Security – maintain standards across documentation and communication.
• Standardize Cloud Engagement Resources and Processes – create and maintain consistent materials including communications and service catalogs.
• Create User Manuals and Training Materials – produce user-friendly manuals and training content.
• Implement Feedback Mechanisms – collect insights to improve communication and engagement tools.
• Support Training and Adoption – assist initiatives promoting best practices and tool adoption.
• Maintain Domain Awareness – stay informed on relevant technologies and organizational practices.
• Participate in Cloud Hub Activities and Delivery – collaborate in Cloud engagement activities and project execution.

This role may require security clearance for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data, potentially involving background checks compliant with local laws.
