IT Systems Analyst

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience as an IT Systems Analyst.
• Proficient with UML and BPMN and experienced with Enterprise Architect tool.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Experienced in creating system documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with system analysis methods and visual modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of REST, BPM, AsyncAPI, RabbitMQ, Kafka, BPMN, and JIRA.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SOAP and software development lifecycle.
• Good work organization skills.

• Analyze systems and model processes and solutions using Enterprise Architect, UML, and BPMN.
• Design APIs, including RESTful and event-based architectures using Kafka.
• Collaborate with project teams including developers and testers.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and system documentation.

The recruitment process includes a phone call (up to 30 min), a remote technical and business video interview with a specialist (60-90 min), and a remote meeting with the Product Owner (30-60 min).
