• 7+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails (including puma, sidekiq, nginx).
• 5+ years of front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, npm/yarn, Angular, and Vue.js.
• 2+ years of experience with Docker.
• 4+ years of experience with bash and Linux (Ubuntu).
• Willingness to work on mission-critical legacy systems and support their modernization.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PHP/Laravel.
• Knowledge of React.js.
• Strong understanding of security topics.
• Experience with async messaging-based systems, Web-Sockets, and WebRTC.
• Basic proficiency in German language.

• Work remotely on a long-term project for a Germany-based company specializing in digital security (IDnow).
• Develop and maintain systems using Ruby on Rails, focusing on puma, sidekiq, and nginx.
• Perform front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Work with Docker, bash, and Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
• Collaborate on modernization of mission-critical legacy systems with a strong sense of ownership.
