Senior IT Project Manager (with German)

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects and programs with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Experience managing complex technology projects across domains such as cloud, infrastructure, security, and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to lead projects based on modern technologies and collaborate with highly skilled technical teams to deliver business value.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Leadership skills and experience managing team activities.
• Ability to adapt delivery methodologies, balancing Agile and Waterfall approaches based on project needs.
• Fluency in English and German, comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels including senior leadership.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs, including cloud migrations, infrastructure transformations, security initiatives, system integrations, and new technology implementations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and overall project governance.
• Coordinate international project teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, drive risk mitigation activities, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and reporting across all stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.
• Support team development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and promotion of project management best practices.
