Packet Core TPM

• Experience in technical leadership or project management within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of Packet Core networks and end-to-end service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with 4G/5G Core technologies, including MME, AMF, PGW, SGW, SMF, UPF, NRF, and NSSF.
• Good understanding of 3GPP standards, telecom architectures, protocols, and call flows.
• Experience with network deployment, integration, software upgrades, testing, and migration projects.
• Familiarity with release management, compatibility assessments, and software lifecycle management.
• Experience working with technical escalations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation tools, cloud-native core networks, and Project Management certifications.

• Own Packet Core technical delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Define delivery, deployment, and upgrade strategies.
• Coordinate technical teams, resources, and stakeholders.
• Lead technical risk, issue, and escalation management.
• Ensure successful integration, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with customers, R&D, and Product Management.
• Drive service quality, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
