Senior Full Stack Python/AI Developer

ITFS is the hiring company. The position is hybrid based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Data Science / AI, including at least 1 year in production deployments
• Very good knowledge of React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
• Very good knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, and AI Foundry
• Very good knowledge of LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Python including pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL
• Practical experience in MLOps including Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and working with unstructured data
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
• Analytical and conceptual skills with structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Higher technical education in Mathematics, Computer Science, Science, or Engineering

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform
• Azure certifications: DP-100 / AI-102 / AI-900
• Knowledge of insurance industry
• Experience with integration tools like Kafka or ESB

• Build Underwriter OS application using Next.js/React and FastAPI/Python
• Integrate and orchestrate AI agents including development based on LangChain/LangGraph
• Integrate application with insurance systems, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal, and Outlook
• Deploy solutions on Azure platform using containers and CI/CD
• Build and orchestrate AI agents and transform underwriting guidelines into agent instructions
• Develop data extraction processes from broker documents
