BPO R2R (Business Process Owner – Record-to-Report) K/M

For our client – an international organisation operating within the steel and metals industry.

• Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and financial closing activities.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO/AA.
• Good understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or development projects.
• Experience with UAT, regression testing, and change management.
• Understanding of SAP authorisations, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and manage stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience with audit, risk assessment, and compliance processes will be an advantage.
• Fluent English; Polish is required.

• Acting as a key liaison between IT and Business, ensuring SAP template standardisation across company codes.
• Managing SAP development and transformation projects within the R2R domain.
• Managing change requests, business requirements, and system enhancements, including impact assessments and IT priorities.
• Supporting SAP upgrades and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating cross-functional topics with Finance, IT, PMOPS, P2P, and BI stakeholders.
• Supporting UAT, regression, and smoke testing of new solutions and SAP changes.
• Managing SAP access rights, R2R roles, authorisations, and SoD controls.
• Implementing audit recommendations, performing R2R risk assessments, and supporting internal/external and year-end audits.
• Supporting selected operational finance processes, including Metal Balance, Lease Accounting, and NRV calculations.
