Graphic Designer

Mend.io offers an enterprise suite of application security tools designed to help organizations build and manage a mature, proactive AppSec program. Mend.io supports both developers and security teams by giving each team different, but complementary, tools to work with—enabling them to stop chasing vulnerabilities and start proactively managing application risk.

• 5 to 8 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing team or agency
• Portfolio showing campaign work from brief to finished asset, including datasheets or ebooks, digital ads and social creative, and at least one video or motion piece
• Expert proficiency in Figma for layout, components, and collaborative review
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign for print and digital; Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion
• Strong typography, layout, and hierarchy skills with attention to spacing, alignment, and legibility
• Ability to work independently from a written brief and deliver in a timely manner
• Responsive and clear written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have:

• Experience designing for cybersecurity, developer tools, or another technical B2B audience
• Web asset production for WordPress sites, including responsive image specs and basic HTML/CSS awareness
• Email design and basic familiarity with email builders
• Presentation design in Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Illustration or icon design skills
• Experience with AI-assisted design or video tools and clear views on their applicability

• Design campaign and product marketing assets from brief to final files, including datasheets, one-pagers, ebooks, web and landing page graphics, LinkedIn and social banners, paid ad creative, email graphics, and event collateral
• Produce short-form video and motion graphics for social, web, and product marketing, including editing, captions, and animated elements
• Apply and extend Mend.io brand standards across every asset, and contribute to templates and component libraries in Figma
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer, content, product marketing, and demand generation teams on timelines and feedback
• Keep stakeholders updated proactively
• Prepare production-ready files for web, print, and video, and hand off assets in the formats each channel needs
