Wymagania
- 7+ years of experience in SAP-related development, including SAPUI5, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, SAP CAP, and Node.js
- Proven experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring teams of 10+ engineers
- Strong expertise in Node.js and solid understanding of JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.IO, or similar
- Good understanding of cloud architecture and microservices design principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience or knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP HANA database, and SAP CAP (Java or Node.js)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Obowiązki
- Lead development activities using Node.js within SAP BTP, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in software development and clean design
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects efficiently
- Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation
- Coordinate team activities, track performance, and support team development
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and delivery insights
- Contribute to the set-up and continuous improvement of development processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, future-ready solutions
