• Over 12 years of deep ServiceNow expertise with proven delivery of enterprise-grade solutions
• Strong solution architecture skills
• Experience in integration and governance
• Leadership experience in managing teams
• Passion for problem-solving in complex and dynamic environments
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal English skills at B2+ level

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes
• Leverage latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver impactful results
• Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
• Architect and design products using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM intellectual property
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance ensuring quality, security, and performance
• Design for AI and drive AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities such as campaigns, events, townhalls, and sales bootcamps
