Product Owner Recruitment (h/f)

emagine Polska is recruiting for a Product Owner focusing on recruitment tools and solutions to support talent acquisition processes in an international and multi-country environment, bridging business needs and technical functionalities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS, Digital HR, or Product Management (SaaS).
• Strong experience supporting Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience working in international and multi-country environments.
• Proven track record in project delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Complete knowledge of IT processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of SmartRecruiters, SmartLite, SmartAttrax, and AssessFirst.

• Experience with analytics and data reporting capabilities.
• Background in user training and support.
• Project management certification.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Define and manage the recruitment product roadmap aligned with HR and digital strategies.
• Gather, challenge, and prioritize business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Ensure consistency of product vision and user experience across recruitment solutions.
• Manage and enhance recruitment-related platforms including ATS, career sites, CRM solutions, assessment tools, and internal mobility platforms.
• Drive functional and technical enhancements.
• Coordinate releases, testing activities, and deployments.
• Ensure operational stability and application performance.
• Lead recruitment-related implementation and transformation projects.
• Coordinate business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Organize and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of recruitment data.
• Contribute to the development of reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Provide expert-level functional support for recruitment applications.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge materials.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
