Technology and Reporting Manager

• Advanced/expert level skills in Microsoft Excel including VBA, macros, Pivot tables, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in applications such as MS Access, MS SharePoint, PowerBI, Tableau is an asset.
• Ability to interpret AML policies, procedures, and laws and apply them practically.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage senior staff across multiple locations.
• Experience presenting to senior management.

• Relevant reporting experience including creating and automating reporting processes and drafting procedures.
• Financial services experience in AML, controls, compliance, or risk management is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Client, and financial crime regulations is beneficial.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for AML & Sanctions Technology.
• Drive delivery of accurate management information (MI) to track progress per regulatory requirements.
• Communicate proactively with teams and stakeholders; collaborate with KYC Solutions to assess AML & Sanctions technology needs.
• Use interviews, document analysis, and workshops to elicit AML & Sanctions technology requirements.
• Critically evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Document and maintain AML technology requirements; track action items to completion.
• Submit change requests to application owners; participate in forums regarding AML technology changes.
• Communicate proposed changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with AML Program Training Leads to deliver team training.
• Support technology queries from Global AML Center colleagues.
• Develop or update procedures, guidance notes, and controls in line with standards and model changes.
• Follow speak up, listen up values including escalation of AML concerns.
• Notify local management of operational issues.
• Attend AML awareness training sessions to enhance deliverables.
• Support ad hoc and strategic projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to Technology team members.
• Support AML Program Managers as needed.
• Maintain commitment to AML risk excellence and due diligence.

The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week working from the office in Poland.
