Business Transformation Manager (GBS, SSC, Consulting)

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years implementing new Service Delivery Models (GBS, SSC, BPO, hybrid, BOT).
• Deep understanding of GBS concepts, trends, and methodologies such as location strategy, governance models, performance management, organizational design, and Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience in Strategy and Transformation programs covering client delivery and sales activities.
• Strong Project and Transformation Management experience; project management certification is an asset.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Project Management Tools (e.g., MS Projects), and Business Process Modelling tools (Aris, MS Visio).
• Fluent English; French or German is an asset.

• Lead and deliver transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, financials, progress reporting, risk management, and mitigation.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops and develop high-quality project deliverables.
• Participate in the end-to-end sales process including proposal development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop transformation agendas for new and existing clients and contribute to Capgemini’s offerings and transformation capabilities.
