• 5+ years of SAP Basis experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver JAVA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, SAP SCM, and Pacemaker.
• Experience supporting ABAP and JAVA systems.
• Knowledge of BOBJ BI, BODS, Lumira, and SAP Convergent Charging.
• Experience with system copies, migrations, and SSL implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in AMS/support environments with SLA-driven service delivery.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Help ensure stability, availability, and performance of critical SAP environments.
• Administer and maintain SAP Basis landscapes across ABAP and JAVA systems.
• Manage and support SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Configure and maintain SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Fiori, and SAP Convergent Charging.
• Perform system copies, migrations, upgrades, and SSL implementations.
• Monitor production systems and proactively respond to incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
• Support escalations, maintenance activities, and system changes.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Drive continuous improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
