Technical Lead Data Centre ( Server Room )

This position is for a client undertaking one of the largest Data Center projects in Poland, focused on designing, building, and equipping server room infrastructure.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or Data Center projects.
• Experience managing a project team.
• Knowledge of server and network infrastructure and systems supporting Data Center operations.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules of large projects.
• Ability to cooperate with technology suppliers and contractors.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English enabling cooperation with international partners.

• Responsibility for the technical concept and implementation of the server room build and equipment.
• Managing the project from planning phase to infrastructure commissioning.
• Coordinating the work of a multi-person team of Project Managers.
• Supervising suppliers and subcontractors implementing Data Center infrastructure.
• Coordinating installation and integration of server room systems.
• Managing the budget, schedule, and quality of the performed work.
• Identifying project risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
