Delivery Manager

• Experience managing IT projects in the financial sector, preferably in banking.
• Experience leading IT initiatives and end-to-end projects.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, escalations, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with team leadership experience.
• Ability to assess risks and make decisions in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and independent delivery of results.
• English proficiency at least at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Saudi Arabia for business purposes.

• Manage the client relationship at a strategic level, including expectation management and escalation handling.
• Manage IT projects end-to-end, from concept and analysis through delivery, implementation, and ongoing solution development.
• Coordinate the delivery and enhancement of internet and mobile banking platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on the client side and project teams.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, planning meetings, and status meetings.
• Identify client business needs and translate them into project scope and actionable tasks for delivery teams.
• Be responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery quality.
• Support the sales process by preparing proposals, solution concepts, and effort estimations.
• Take responsibility for the financial performance of projects or portfolios.
• Implement and develop best practices for software development processes, ensuring team efficiency and high-quality delivery.
