Wymagania
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or Business Solution Architect with focus on SAP ERP/S4HANA Production Planning
- Proven leadership in at least 2 greenfield implementations as PP Team Lead or Business Solution Architect, with at least one on S/4HANA
- Expert knowledge of SAP PP including MRP, MRP Live, BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, planning strategies, capacity planning, and integration with MM, QM, SD, PM
- Solid experience with ABAP debugging and integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, APIs); experience with MES or APS integration is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English at B2+ level
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP PP-DS (embedded or classic APO)
- Relevant SAP certifications in SAP ECC/S/4HANA Production Planning and PP-DS
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements for SAP Production Planning solutions within SAP ERP/S4HANA
- Design integrated end-to-end architectures that streamline manufacturing operations across SAP S/4HANA PP, MM, QM, PM, SD, and Third-Party systems (MES, APS, LIMS)
- Promote and enforce industry best practices for long-term operational excellence
- Lead implementation and customization of SAP Production Planning modules (PP, PP-DS) aligned with manufacturing strategies and KPIs
- Oversee complete project lifecycle including design, blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, hypercare, and stabilization
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities to support end-user adoption of SAP PP
- Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues, including MRP/MRP Live, capacity planning, BOM/routing, and MES or APO/PP-DS integration
- Continuously evaluate and recommend system enhancements based on S/4HANA innovations
- Collaborate with technical teams providing functional specifications, participating in ABAP debugging, and validating integration developments (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs)
