Senior AI Delivery Manager

• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Minimum 3 years delivering GenAI and traditional ML projects (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)
• At least 3 years previous experience as an engineer in roles such as Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, or Python engineer
• Solid understanding of GenAI, ML technologies, and data management fundamentals
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks
• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and collaborate closely with solution architects

• Act as a bridge between technology and business, understanding business objectives including business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, and delivered value
• Manage full lifecycle of AI initiatives including GenAI and ML projects
• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget
• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders
• Act as main delivery contact for clients and build trusted relationships
• Oversee risk, financials, and contract adherence
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI
• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence
