The Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department includes business analysts, AI business architects, IT architects, and project managers supporting clients in designing and conducting AI-driven digital transformations, especially in the public sector.
Wymagania
- At least 2 years experience in IT consulting, business architecture, IT architecture design, IT systems implementation, or supporting digital transformation in public sector organizations.
- Experience in analysis, modeling, process improvement, and translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Interest in public sector and AI/digital transformation opportunities.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Digitalization, E-Governance, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
- Good understanding or willingness to develop expertise in AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command of German (B2) and English (C1).
- Excellent analytical thinking and ability to work with business stakeholders, architects, data experts, and AI engineering teams in an international environment.
Obowiązki
- Work as an independent consultant advising public sector clients on AI-driven transformation, digitalization, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze, model, and improve business processes, organizational structures, and IT environments.
- Identify and define AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Prepare concepts, target operating models, and AI adoption roadmaps.
- Support implementation from discovery and business validation to operational adoption.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, discovery sessions, and AI use case assessments with clients and stakeholders.
- Support public sector organizations in compliance, policy implementation, public service delivery, and responsible AI adoption.
- Translate business rules, process requirements, and compliance constraints into specifications for architecture, data, and AI teams.
- Support the definition and implementation of AI governance frameworks, Responsible AI principles, AI risk management, and compliance, including the EU AI Act.
- Support the design, testing, and optimization of GenAI assistants, prompt-based solutions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities.
- Co-create client offers, drive AI adoption, and mentor consultants and project teams.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
