Product Owner

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is a company focused on delivering digital evidence management solutions within the Evidence Software organization, including cloud and on-premises software and services.

• Deep knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Solid technical background in software development and architecture with understanding of complex backend workflows.
• Fluency in English for effective collaboration with UK-based engineering teams.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise software connectivity with 3rd-party and internal platforms.
• Experience validating acceptance criteria and ensuring high-quality releases.
• Ability to balance new product development with strategic reduction of technical debt.
• Experience with product/project management tools such as Jira, Figma, and Confluence.
• Ability to distill complex user and architectural requirements into clear formats for developers and UX.
• Proactive attitude toward solving complex technical problems and building consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience in Law Enforcement/Public Safety systems is a plus.

• Own and manage the backlog for VMEX media workflows, focusing on digital media workflows.
• Drive product vision and requirements for seamless integrations between VMEX and 3rd-party or internal platforms.
• Actively manage and prioritize technical debt alongside new feature delivery.
• Champion automation testing by defining acceptance criteria that translate into automated test cases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align roadmap priorities and define requirements.
• Partner with UX Designers and System Architects to prepare technically sound inputs for development teams.
• Maintain feature flow, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Scrum methodologies.
• Review and prioritize backlog for release and sprint planning, ensuring compliance with Definition of Done.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain communication with engineering teams.
