Konsultant/ka PowerPlatform

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a significant Polish company in the energy sector.

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and creating business solutions using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse) integrated with Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Functions, and SharePoint
• Ability to conduct business requirements analysis
• Ability to specify business requirements and estimate workload
• Experience in at least 4 IT projects (consulting or implementation)

Nice to have:

• Over 5 years of experience with Power Platform
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ability to analyze business needs and assess possibilities using AI and low-code/no-code tools
• Experience designing, configuring, and implementing AI agents, digital assistants, or business chatbots
• Knowledge of creating and optimizing knowledge bases based on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 resources
• Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG mechanisms, and responsible and safe AI use
• Ability to design integrations of Power Platform and Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 services, data sources, and external systems
• Ability to prepare prototypes, pilots, MVPs, and assess their business value
• Experience developing solution concepts, recommendations, functional and technical documentation
• Ability to conduct workshops, consultations, and knowledge transfer for business and technical teams
• Analytical, communication, and advisory competencies
• Certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Microsoft Applied Skills (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Generative AI)

• Designing and producing business solutions based on the Power Platform
• Analyzing and specifying functional requirements
• Close cooperation with functional domain managers, analysts, and architects
