BPO R2R (Business Process Owner – Record-to-Report) K/M

The company is an international organisation operating within the steel and metals industry. The role is within the Finance / SAP team and involves finance transformation projects and SAP development initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and financial closing activities.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO/AA.
• Good understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or development projects.
• Experience with UAT, regression testing, and change management.
• Understanding of SAP authorisations, SoD, and access management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and manage stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience with audit, risk assessment, and compliance processes is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Polish.

• Act as a key liaison between IT and Business to ensure SAP template standardization across company codes.
• Manage SAP development and transformation projects within the R2R domain.
• Manage change requests, business requirements, and system enhancements including impact assessments and IT priorities.
• Support SAP upgrades and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional topics with Finance, IT, PMOPS, P2P, and BI stakeholders.
• Support UAT, regression, and smoke testing of new solutions and SAP changes.
• Manage SAP access rights, R2R roles, authorisations, and SoD controls.
• Implement audit recommendations, perform R2R risk assessments, and support internal/external and year-end audits.
• Support selected operational finance processes including Metal Balance, Lease Accounting, and NRV calculations.
