Wymagania
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years experience in data stewardship, data management, or data governance.
- Hands-on experience managing data from ServiceNow or comparable ITSM/ticket platforms.
- Proven experience designing and running data change management including regression and NNIT testing.
- Strong understanding of canonical data modeling, taxonomies, and data standardization.
- Working knowledge of data architecture principles sufficient for engagement with architecture artifacts.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience in data quality assessment.
- Experience working in or with Databricks.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to align on KPI definitions and terminology.
Preferred:
- Background in Employee Care, HR Services, IT Service Management, or Shared Services.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS).
- Experience using or enabling Power BI or comparable BI tools.
- Certifications in data governance, data management, or ITSM domains.
- Experience contributing to data contracts with SaaS vendors.
Obowiązki
Source Data Stewardship & Governance:
- Own primary data stewardship for Employee Care source systems like ServiceNow and AskEve/Rezolve.
- Map tables and fields to analytics needs, assess data completeness, and work with platform owners to close data gaps.
Source Data Change Management:
- Establish and manage formal change management processes including schema and workflow changes.
- Conduct impact assessments, communication, sign-offs, validation, and maintain regression and No-Negative-Impact Testing (NNIT) protocols.
Data Strategy for Employee Care:
- Define data asset strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner.
Business Partnership:
- Align with HR, IT, and Support stakeholders on business nomenclature and KPI definitions.
- Maintain a living business glossary.
Data Quality:
- Assess source data quality, define quality rules and thresholds, design monitoring, and lead remediation.
Taxonomy Design & Canonical Data Modeling:
- Lead design and implementation of employee intent taxonomy and service accountability model.
- Govern canonical data model for standardized definitions.
Data Architecture Partnership:
- Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineering teams on models, integrations, and scalability.
Metadata Management & Data Cataloging:
- Manage metadata and lead cataloging activities for data assets.
Data Asset Validation & Testing:
- Define test cases and acceptance criteria; maintain regression tests and coordinate validation.
