Senior/Lead Automation QE (Quality Engineer)

• Minimum 6 years experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Testing
• Very good knowledge of test automation tools, particularly Playwright (preferably with TypeScript)
• Experience with one or more tools: pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, curl
• Ability to combine manual and automated tests based on project priorities
• Practical experience in API testing and data analysis using SQL
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end tests
• Familiarity with GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in international teams

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Foundation or higher certification
• Experience in Data Quality Testing and automation of data validation
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS, Airflow, Python, or DBT
• Experience with performance and stress testing using JMeter or similar tools
• Practical knowledge of AI solutions such as Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Cursor
• Experience in GenAI for generating test cases and scenarios
• Knowledge of RAG, Agentic AI, and MCP
• Experience in AI-assisted defect analysis and AI-driven test automation
• Experience in financial, insurance, banking, payment, healthcare, pharma, or life sciences sectors
• Experience with regulated systems (GxP)
• Experience as Technical Lead, QA Lead, or mentoring QA teams

• Design, develop, and maintain automated functional and E2E tests
• Execute manual, exploratory, and regression tests as needed
• Create testing strategies and recommend QA best practices
• Ensure quality of E2E processes from requirements analysis to UAT
• Verify data quality between frontend, API, and backend layers
• Develop and maintain API and integration tests
• Analyze, report, and retest reported defects
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD processes supporting test automation
• Use AI tools for test case generation, error analysis, and test coverage optimization
• Mentor and support less experienced QA team members
• Work in multicultural environments and fast-changing projects
