Technical Account Manager (rtb.com)

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow globally since 2012. It operates in 90+ markets and offers Deep Learning-powered AdTech products focused on maximizing conversion and customer acquisition. In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform for small and medium businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize advertising performance.

• At least 2 years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing.
• Experience in one or more programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python.
• Experience in systems integration via API.
• Experience with debugging tools like Google Chrome DevTools and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4; knowledge of MMP is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High motivation and willingness to learn.
• Good time management skills and attention to detail.

• Conduct the technical operations for clients.
• Coordinate technical issues related to online campaign launching and running.
• Support technical integration between rtb.com and clients’ e-commerce platforms.
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns.
• Propose optimization solutions for processes to achieve internal and external goals.
