Senior Product Designer

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design with emphasis on visual craft, typography, and layout
• Experience designing customer-facing products on web and mobile, ideally in e-commerce, bookings, or similar contexts
• Proven ability to work with and contribute to design systems at scale
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders across product areas simultaneously
• Collaborative and curious mindset, able to listen, adapt quickly and navigate ambiguity
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
• Skills in UX design, UI design, Design System, UX research, Prototyping, Typography, Illustrations, Interdepartmental collaboration, Stakeholder management
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Own end-to-end design for Bookings and Online Store products, from early-stage concepts and user flows to high-fidelity UI ready for development
• Craft visually compelling interfaces including iconography and illustrations to maintain quality and consistency
• Collaborate across multiple squads with product managers, engineers, and designers to align design and delivery
• Contribute to and evolve the design system ensuring consistency and scalability
• Use qualitative research and user data to inform and validate design decisions
