Senior Fullstack AI Engineer

IIG is a team of experts working on various projects with institutions such as Autopay, the Ministry of Finance, the Polish Volleyball Federation, and the Central IT Center.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Developer (preferred technologies Java and Angular)
• Practical experience in software development teams and knowledge of the full application lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in designing and implementing AI-based solutions within SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, open-source models)
• Practical ability to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts and integrate them with development environments (repositories, CI/CD, code review, testing)
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices
• Familiarity with LLM, RAG concepts, automation, and agent architectures (experience with frameworks like LangGraph and MCP protocol is a plus)
• Experience in production deployment of AI solutions: configuration, integration with organizational systems, hardening, monitoring, and iterative development
• High communication and consulting competencies (conducting discussions with technical teams, managers, and directors)

• Implement AI tools and solutions in IT development teams and integrate them into team environments
• Design and build AI agent workflows, create skills, prompts, and unified usage standards and technical documentation
• Provide hands-on engineering support to teams using deployed AI solutions during project cycles
• Conduct knowledge transfer and unify practices among teams via pair/mob programming and joint code reviews
• Ensure teams can independently maintain and further develop AI solutions after implementation
