DORA IT Analyst Expert

• Between 5-10 years of experience.
• Subject matter expertise in DORA regulations including main regulation and regulatory technical standards.
• Knowledge and experience in business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management.
• Prior work experience within financial entities or banking sector.
• Experience in performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating compliance.
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with diverse teams.
• Senior IT skills in risk management and IT compliance.

• Lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various seniority levels.
• Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Implement key business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts and requirements.
• Apply subject matter knowledge related to DORA main regulation and regulatory technical standards.

Candidate must be available to work 3 days in the office if required. The position is applicable to all Nordea Poland locations.
