Junior IT Support Agent (with Dutch)

• Very good command of Dutch (C1 level or higher).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
• Motivation to start a career in IT and willingness to learn.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly with users and collaborate effectively with a team.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of IT concepts including Windows OS, Microsoft products, internet, and hardware devices, or a technical mindset.

• Handle incoming user requests in Dutch regarding login issues, application access, and basic IT incidents.
• Provide troubleshooting support via phone, chat, and e-mail using established procedures and diagnostic tools.
• Guide end users effectively through problem-solving steps to restore functionality.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams and cooperate to ensure efficient resolution.
• Document all interactions, reported issues, and actions in the ticketing system.
• Use internal knowledge base and onboarding tools to deliver high-quality service.
• Continuously expand IT knowledge through training programs and learning paths.
