Lider IT Nurtu ICT/ Project Manager IT

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex and long-term IT projects as a Project Manager
• Experience managing IT projects throughout the full product lifecycle: from discovery, estimation, and planning, through execution and deployment, to development and maintenance
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project
• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and budget in technology projects
• Strong responsibility and consistency in achieving goals
• Business-level English communication skills
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Experience in managing transformation projects

• Responsible for the ICT stream encompassing infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and deployments within a strategic transformation program
• Manage an interdisciplinary team including test managers, release managers, DevOps engineers, infrastructure architects, security analysts, and performance specialists
• Coordinate preparation and development of development, integration, test, and production environments
• Coordinate acceptance, performance, and security testing
• Responsible for preparation and execution of production deployments
• Prepare and hand over new systems for maintenance
• Ensure project tools including hardware and licenses
• Plan work, monitor progress, and manage risk, budget, and schedule
