WMS Consultant with French

Link Group is hiring a WMS Functional Consultant fluent in French to work on Warehouse Management System implementation and rollouts, focusing on supply chain processes within manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing sectors.

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with enterprise Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Generix, Reflex WMS, or Infor WMS.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, system integration, or end-to-end software deployment projects.
• Proficiency in French at B2+/C1 level for meetings and documentation; professional English for internal coordination.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have:

• Experience with warehouse automation systems (MHE, WCS/WES integration, RF scanning, voice picking).
• Basic knowledge of integration protocols such as EDI, REST APIs, and Flat files with ERP systems like SAP, Dynamics 365.

• Lead functional discovery workshops with French-speaking stakeholders and warehouse teams to gather supply chain requirements.
• Design core warehousing processes (Inbound/Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Inventory Management, VAS) within the WMS.
• Support functional implementation, configuration, deployment, and localized rollouts.
• Design test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate workflows.
• Prepare documentation and conduct training for warehouse teams and end-users.
• Provide functional expertise and process optimization during post-go-live phases.
