Wymagania
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including technical experience as a Developer, QA, Architect, or related role.
- At least 2 years in management as a Delivery Manager/Engineering Manager or 4 years as a Team Leader.
- Ability to build, develop, engage engineering teams, and support members in achieving professional goals.
- Effective IT project management focusing on delivery quality, transparent communication, and business goals.
- Experience conducting recruitment processes and co-creating technology teams.
- Comfortable cooperation with engineers and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge and practical use of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Decision-making skills, problem-solving, and constructive conflict management.
- Commitment to continuous personal, team, and process improvement and seeking ways to enhance organizational and team work quality.
Obowiązki
- Responsibility for delivery quality, service realization, and efficient functioning of project teams.
- Monitoring work progress, identifying risks, and maintaining team stability and project profitability.
- Supporting engineers' development through regular 1:1 meetings, feedback, and building engaged teams.
- Building partnership relationships with clients via status meetings, progress reporting, and managing expectations.
- Collaborating with Recruitment and Sales teams to build and scale teams that meet client needs.
- Participating in daily operational meetings and strategic initiatives influencing services and organizational development.
- Co-creating delivery standards and initiating improvements to increase cooperation quality and team efficiency.
- Aligning client, team, and business needs to build long-term, valuable partnerships.
