Medicover operates in the healthcare industry, employing experts to support system development, resolving complex issues, and participating in implementation and optimization projects.

• Minimum 5 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX2012 (finance, purchasing, invoicing, or warehouse modules).
• Minimum 2 years experience in ERP implementation or maintenance projects (AX, D365, SAP, IFS, or Oracle).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Practical knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Ability to create business requirements analyses and test scenarios.
• Experience collaborating with business users and IT teams.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Basic knowledge of XML.
• Experience working in a distributed, multilingual, multicultural environment.

• Provide substantive and technical support to users in all aspects concerning systems under IT support.
• Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure system availability and respond to issues.
• Assign roles and permissions to users.
• Analyze user needs for system modification and expansion.
• Cooperate with the implementation department and development team on system changes.
• Conduct software compliance testing with requirements.
• Conduct trainings, consultations, and presentations for software users.
