IT Analyst – Shopfloor ERP Support

Upvanta is seeking an IT Analyst to join the IT team supporting a production plant in Legnica. The role focuses on supporting production, warehouse, and shopfloor users and maintaining stable operation of SAP and related production and warehouse business applications in an industrial environment.

• Higher education in IT, engineering, production, supply chain, business information systems or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT Support, ERP, production, warehouse, or business applications, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of any ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong advantage: knowledge of SAP especially in PTP, EWM, QM, or PM modules.
• Desirable experience with MES, SCADA, RF, barcode printers, labeling systems, or production planning.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and user support orientation.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.

• Provide daily support for production, warehouse, and shopfloor users in SAP and other business applications.
• Support SAP processes including PTP, EWM, QM, and PM.
• Diagnose issues and assist users in resolving incidents.
• Support production technologies such as MES, SCADA, RF devices, barcode printers and labeling systems, tablets and computers, production planning, and specification systems.
• Document incidents, errors, process gaps, and improvement proposals.
• Escalate issues to appropriate IT teams, vendors, and specialists.
• Participate in testing, validation, UAT, deployments, and verification of fixes and changes.
• Collaborate with business users, local SMEs, Power Users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system operations.

Work location: 100% on-site in Legnica, Poland supporting a production plant with 3 shifts.
