• Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane informatyczne, techniczne lub pokrewne
• Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w koordynacji testów
• Znajomość metodologii i technik testowania
• Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania testami
• Bardzo dobra znajomość Micro Focus ALM/Quality Center (MF/QC) od strony koordynacji
• Znajomość zagadnień administracyjnych MF/QC
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
• Umiejętność szybkiej adaptacji do nowych technologii i narzędzi
• Umiejętność budowania pozytywnych relacji i współpracy w zespole
• Proaktywna postawa i zaangażowanie w rozwój organizacji

Nice to have:

• Znajomość metodyk i wzorców projektowych
• Znajomość zagadnień Continuous Integration

• Zarządzanie wszystkimi etapami testowania oprogramowania: plany testów, procedury, implementacja i analiza wyników
• Ustalanie celów i zadań dla poszczególnych etapów testowania
• Dbanie o standardy prowadzonych testów
• Rozwój i wdrażanie nowych koncepcji w zakresie metodologii, standardów i narzędzi testowych
• Budowa zespołu testowego i jego koordynacja
• Opracowywanie i realizacja strategii i planów testów
• Opracowanie technik automatyzacji testów i nadzór nad ich stosowaniem
• Ścisła współpraca z kierownikami projektów, programistami i testerami
