Marketing Project Manager

Go On Board is a dynamic studio creating board games with international bestsellers like Wiedźmin: Stary Świat, Wiedźmin: Ścieżka Przeznaczenia, and Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game. They collaborate with major pop culture brands and reach fans worldwide.

• Willingness to work in Poznań office or relocate
• 3 to 5 years of marketing-related work experience
• Knowledge of board game industry or experience with hobby, entertainment, or pop culture brands
• English language proficiency at C1 level, fluent in communication
• Experience in planning and conducting marketing efforts, preferably crowdfunding, e-commerce, or international projects
• Ability to coordinate teams by delegating and enforcing task completion
• Comfortable with project work, prioritization, schedule control, and working in dynamic environments

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce marketing, especially regarding product promotion, campaign planning, and sales channels

• Prepare and coordinate crowdfunding campaigns for board games (from pre-launch to late pledge)
• Support creation of communication strategy and product USP
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, video creators, and influencers
• Plan and supervise marketing activities (social media, ads, PR, events)
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and implement improvements
• Manage consistent communication with the community (updates, social media, online/offline events)
• Oversee schedules, priorities, and quality of activities
• Initiate innovative marketing ideas to differentiate projects
• Collaborate with Management and Product Owners on marketing direction
• Ensure content quality and goal realization per company strategy
