Process Engineer

This position is with an engineering company operating globally, offering stable employment and ambitious development plans.

• 4-5 years of experience in process engineering
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
• Proven experience in process optimization and problem solving
• Ability to work independently and lead technical topics
• Experience working with suppliers and managing technical discussions
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to use mechanical and electrical tools
• English proficiency minimum B2 for effective communication in an international environment

• Lead the setup and optimization of assembly processes
• Drive prototype builds and ensure readiness for serial production
• Provide expert support to ongoing production and resolve complex issues
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of system settings
• Define, select, and standardize production tools and equipment
• Design and develop specialized/custom production tooling
• Manage technical collaboration with tool suppliers and external partners
• Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements and optimizations
• Actively contribute to cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Deliver training and coaching to Operations teams
• Ensure creation and maintenance of accurate technical documentation
