- Minimum 3+ years of Pega development experience with strong technical foundation at SSA level
- Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience with proven LSA experience
- Project experience implemented in Pega Infinity
- Strong practical implementation expertise with Pega UI Constellation (financial sector experience is an asset)
- Proficient in Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices
- Experience with Pega 8.x platform and Cloud environments
- Knowledge of integration approaches including REST, SOAP, MQ
- Versatile and flexible to switch between technical development and business analysis tasks
- Hands-on mentality with coding and technical problem solving
- Strong business focus and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
