Expert CDP / Data Architect

LinkGroup is looking for an experienced CDP / Data Architecture Expert to support the team in designing and developing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution.

• Practical experience in designing/building CDP and creating unified 360-degree customer profiles
• Strong experience in Data Architecture and databases
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and sources
• Experience with CDP/customer data platforms, e.g., Synerise, SALESmanago, Salesforce, Adobe CDP, or similar
• Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and real-time systems
• Broad technological perspective and ability to justify architectural decisions
• Excellent communication skills and consulting approach

Nice to have:

• Experience with Synerise, BigQuery, and retail industry (not mandatory)

• Analyze available data, integrations, quality, and key gaps
• Design CDP architecture and a coherent customer profile model
• Define methods for data collection, merging, and sharing from various sources
• Determine responsibilities between CDP, existing platforms, and source systems
• Design data flows and APIs for AI Agent needs
• Advise on real-time processing, performance, security, and technology choice
• Support defining MVP, subsequent implementation phases, and risk assessment
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business, e-commerce, AI, data, and IT areas
