Finance Master Data & Migration Specialist

• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, particularly Record-to-Report (R2R), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R).
• Experience with data quality management and data governance principles.
• Ability to define and coordinate business requirements related to master data and migration.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and issues within complex transformation programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken (B2/C1).

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Consulting background or experience working in international projects.
• Familiarity with end-to-end SAP migration lifecycle execution.

• Support finance transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA migration activities.
• Manage finance master data and data migration activities across Record-to-Report (R2R), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) processes.
• Define, analyze, and document business and data migration requirements.
• Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration activities.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to align migration activities.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Track migration progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead business validation activities and support readiness assessments for migrated data.
• Identify data quality gaps and coordinate remediation activities.
• Support change management and risk management initiatives within the transformation program.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in master data processes and governance.
