Supply Chain Project Manager/Lead

• Experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Operations or Project Management.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis, visualization and performance tracking.
• Hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement tools.
• Experience facilitating or participating in Kaizen / improvement workshops.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into practical actions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including presenting recommendations and project results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborative approach and confidence working across different functions and organizational levels.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and adaptability.
• Interest in or practical experience with automation, digitalization and AI in business or Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Fluent English.

• Identify and lead opportunities to improve Cash, Cost and Service performance across the supply chain, especially in planning, order fulfillment and finance.
• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain improvement projects from idea generation through implementation and benefits realization.
• Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with measurable results.
• Use Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to identify root causes, simplify processes and eliminate waste.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, process mapping sessions and Lean Six Sigma activities.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Logistics and other functions.
• Prepare and deliver clear, high-impact presentations, business cases and project updates for stakeholders and steering committees.
• Support the development of the BD Excellence community across EMEA by sharing best practices, delivering targeted training and coaching teams on Lean principles.
• Explore opportunities to use automation, digital tools and AI to improve Supply Chain performance.
• Track project performance and communicate progress, results and business impact using data and visualization tools.
