Senior Data Engineer

Link Group is a company involved in building modern, scalable data solutions supporting strategic HR decisions for a global organization.

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of DBT, Snowflake, Fivetran, and SQL or similar solutions.
• Understanding of data privacy and governance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
• Experience with Git and Terraform.

Nice to have:

• Experience in HR/People Analytics.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and models supporting analytics.
• Work with Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran to integrate and transform data from multiple systems.
• Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and testing.
• Support data governance and secure handling of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and manage code in Git.
• Create PowerBI dashboards based on curated data.
