Business Analyst (Data & Reporting)

Scalo is a company delivering software projects and supporting partners in business development. Their areas include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Good knowledge of SQL enabling independent data analysis
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in data, data warehouse, or BI areas
• Experience working with large volumes of data
• Experience preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications
• Experience preparing test scenarios and cases
• Analytical thinking and business process modeling skills
• Experience collaborating directly with business users
• Ability to cooperate with development teams during design and implementation of solutions
• Communication skills and capability to translate business needs into project requirements

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of insurance industry, especially claims, benefits, or policy systems
• Knowledge of SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros)
• Experience in data warehouse projects, data migration, or data architecture redesign

• Analyze business requirements and processes for data and reporting solutions
• Develop analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements and design solutions
• Analyze large data volumes for projects, testing, and data quality verification
• Prepare test scenarios, cases, and support deployment of implemented solutions
• Cooperate with project teams in designing and implementing data, reporting, and data warehouse solutions
• Work in a hybrid mode, including presence in the office one day per week

• Work mode: hybrid with one day per week in office
• Budget up to 105 PLN/hour + VAT, depending on experience and scope of services
