DORA IT Analyst Expert

• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst
• 5 to 10 years of experience with IT projects
• DORA subject matter knowledge, including the main regulation and regulatory technical standards for financial entities
• Knowledge and experience implementing key business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts
• Prior work experience from financial entities or within the banking sector
• Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating adherence to regulatory requirements
• Strong background in Risk Management
• Experience in IT Compliance
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various seniority
• Fluency in English

• Develop and apply DORA subject matter expertise, including the main regulation and regulatory technical standards, ensuring requirements are actionable for financial entities
• Provide project members, steering group, and others with a better understanding of the requirements
• Produce input to Business cases and development planning to Project Managers and business area
• Drive and manage the requirements process throughout the projects lifecycle
• Implement and support key business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts, contributing to overall operational resilience
