International Logistics Coordinator

• Degree in Logistics, Economics, Management, or similar field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, customer service, or production management
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently identify problems and develop alternative solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office with Excel skills including VLookup and Pivot Table considered an asset
• Collaborative team player with flexibility and mobility to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in international environments, cooperating with European suppliers and managing logistics coordination centrally

• Coordinating parts supply for production by placing material orders to suppliers and gathering parts availability confirmations, acting as the central coordination point across the supply chain
• Arranging and tracking transportation of materials from Tier 1 suppliers to PSA platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery aligned with project milestones
• Monitoring and scoring supplier performance according to MLP standards and escalating issues to the purchasing department when necessary
• Collaborating with local and international suppliers to maintain relationships and proactively resolve potential supply chain disruptions
• Setting up and managing meetings with key stakeholders to drive clear communication and alignment across teams supporting project delivery
