Wymagania
- Be a third-year student in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation and Robotics, or a related field.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week at the Gdynia office for on-site lab work.
- Good understanding of analog and digital circuits including passive components, transistors, power supplies, logic, and common buses (I2C, SPI, UART).
- Basic knowledge of microcontroller or microprocessor systems, including RAM, Flash, and peripheral interfaces.
- Experience with schematic and PCB EDA tools such as KiCad, Altium, OrCAD, or Eagle, capable of reading and drawing schematics.
- Comfortable using basic lab equipment and soldering for hardware tasks.
- Curious and methodical approach to debugging problems.
- Proficient English reading and speaking skills at B2 level or higher for datasheet understanding and communication.
- Openness to learning, asking questions, and accepting feedback in a team environment.
Nice to have:
- Personal hardware projects with design and build experience, e.g., student science club or contest team.
- Embedded programming experience in C/C++ on microcontrollers like STM32, AVR, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Pico.
- Basic knowledge of programmable logic using VHDL or Verilog, or coursework in FPGAs/CPLDs.
- Knowledge of high-speed or power design concepts such as signal integrity, DDR memory, or DC/DC converters.
- Interest in telecom standards (NEBS, ETSI) and EMC rules in hardware and mechanical design.
- Python scripting for test automation or data analysis.
Obowiązki
- Support hardware design including schematic capture, design reviews, and PCB layout guidance for controller modules.
- Participate in board bring-up and debugging using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Assist in writing and executing hardware and integration test cases, recording results, and reporting issues.
- Conduct component research including datasheet analysis and lifecycle evaluation to assist component selection.
- Contribute to hardware design specifications, test reports, and production test documentation.
- Support production by learning PCB assembly release processes and assisting with production test procedures.
- Engage in team meetings and collaboration with Systems Engineering, FPGA, Mechanics, Software, and Operations teams across global sites.
