IT Operations Project Manager

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or engineering degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant IT roles such as project coordination, IT operations, consulting, or software development
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and operations fundamentals
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Structured and process-oriented work style with comfort in creating and maintaining documentation
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with Linux and cloud platforms, especially Azure
• Relevant project management or service management certifications such as PRINCE2 or ITIL

• Leading and coordinating projects involving IT teams and stakeholders
• Supporting managers in planning, prioritizing, and following up on the team’s work
• Coordinating operational cases to enhance effectiveness
• Maintaining clear processes, project documentation, and status updates
• Building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and issues and supporting resolution efforts
