System Analyst – Integrations / API (m/f)

B2Bnetwork is recruiting a System Analyst with a strong technical background and practical experience in system integrations and API. The role is fully remote and based in Poland, focusing on technical understanding of systems, data flows, interfaces, and secure communication mechanisms.

• Experience as an IT System Analyst or a similar technical analytical role
• Practical experience in system and data integrations
• Very good knowledge of REST API, SOAP / Web Services
• Good knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, headers, and endpoints
• Practical knowledge of XML, JSON, and XSD
• Knowledge of private/public keys and digital certificates
• Understanding of secure communication mechanisms including authentication and encryption
• Knowledge of API Management
• Knowledge of UML, process modeling, use cases, and technical documentation creation
• Familiarity with relational databases and ability to write basic SQL queries
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with developers, architects, and vendors
• Independence and responsibility for assigned areas
• Ability to read technical documentation in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PolishAPI
• Experience in PSD2 / Open Banking projects
• Experience in banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of Swagger / OpenAPI
• Knowledge of Postman and SoapUI
• Experience with integrations in high security environments

• Analyze and design system integrations and communication between applications
• Analyze data flows, interfaces, and dependencies between systems
• Work with REST API, SOAP/Web Services, HTTP, XML, JSON, and XSD
• Analyze security aspects of integrations including use of private/public keys and digital certificates
• Prepare functional and technical specifications
• Create diagrams, process models, use cases, and interface descriptions
• Collaborate with developers and architects on solution design
• Cooperate with external software vendors
• Analyze and resolve system-related issues
• Perform basic data analysis using SQL
• Participate in test coordination
