Citigroup is hiring for a Lead Cyber Security Engineer role within its Cloud Technology Services (CTS) team, which focuses on integrated risk reduction aligned with architectural goals. The position is located in Warsaw and involves working within a large-scale enterprise environment emphasizing technology infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Wymagania
- 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology infrastructure, or IT engineering within a large enterprise.
- Proven leadership or senior engineering experience driving large-scale programs or technology transformations.
- Hands-on experience with micro-segmentation and network segmentation technologies such as Illumio, VMware vDefend, zScaler, and Palo Alto Networks.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions focusing on cloud security, firewalls, and segmentation.
- Thorough understanding of industry-standard security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with a strong ownership mindset.
- Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Linux/Unix system administration.
- Knowledge of proxy functions and network traffic management.
Obowiązki
- Partner with Transformation Program Directors, Senior Architects, Steering Committees, CISO, and CTI partners to deliver enterprise-wide transformational programs.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security Lab, Architecture, and Engineering teams to design, deploy, and maintain VMWare vDefend Security Controls and micro-segmentation solutions.
- Interface with Citi’s Security Architecture Council and Working Groups to build alignment across teams.
- Support Citi’s adoption of cloud continuum and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting to streamline operations.
- Create project plans, perform impact analyses, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Review technical requirements and optimize engineering processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive technical direction to implement long-term problem solutions.
- Assess risk to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
