AI Scrum Master

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technology teams.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and backlog management tools.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts and work with stakeholders.
• Understanding of the IT solution development cycle and the specific nature of AI/ML projects.
• Very good organisational and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience of working with Data Science, ML or GenAI teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk and data protection.
• PSM, CSM or equivalent certification.

• Running Scrum events and facilitating planning and review meetings for the AI/ML team.
• Removing obstacles, monitoring dependencies and supporting the timely delivery of commitments.
• Managing the backlog, priorities, readiness criteria and transparency of work progress.
• Coordinating collaboration between the AI team, business, IT, security and compliance.
• Supporting the team in improving their working methods and applying Agile practices.
• Monitoring the risks, decisions and actions arising from the implementation of AI initiatives.
